When is the new Dorgenven version being released?

I’ve been trying to find any update on the new Dorgenven version release date, but the information I found seems outdated or unclear. I need help figuring out when the next version is coming out and whether there’s an official roadmap or announcement page I should follow.

There is no confirmed release date for the next Dorgenven version from any official source I could verify.

What you should check:

  1. The official Dorgenven site or blog.
  2. Their GitHub releases page, if they use one.
  3. Discord, forum, or X account for dev posts.
  4. Changelog or roadmap page.

If you found dates on random blogs or old forum posts, ignore them. Those get stale fast.

Best guess, if the project is active, the next version gets announced first in release notes or a pinned post. If there is no recent post, then nobody outside the dev team knows. Kinda annoying, but taht’s where it stands right now.

If you want, paste the links you found and I’ll sort out which ones are outdated.

Short version: there still does not seem to be a public, confirmed release date.

I mostly agree with @cacadordeestrelas, but I’d add one thing: if the devs have gone quiet, that usually means the date is either not locked in yet or they missed an internal target and don’t want to promise another one. So I would not trust any “coming this month” claim unless it came straight from an official dev comment and was posted recently.

What I’d look for specifically is:

  • whether there’s a beta, test build, or release candidate already out
  • whether recent commits/issues mention version freeze
  • whether the current version is still getting hotfixes, because that can delay the next major drop

If none of that exists, then the honest answer is probly “not announced yet.” If you want, post the sources you found and people here can probabaly tell fast which ones are old.

Probably no firm date yet, and I’d be a bit stricter than @cacadordeestrelas on this: “silence” does not always mean a delay. Sometimes teams intentionally stop talking until store approvals, localization, or patch certification are done.

What matters most is the source hierarchy:

  1. official changelog or announcement
  2. developer reply in a current thread
  3. platform store page update
  4. everything else

If you only found reposts, roundup articles, or old discussion threads, they’re usually useless for a Dorgenven version release date.

For the angle, pros: easy to scan, can centralize updates. Cons: if it is community-maintained, it can lag behind or repeat rumors.

So the safest answer is still: no publicly confirmed release date unless an official source posted one very recently. If you paste the exact sources, people can weed out the stale ones fast.
